The ticket still has not been closed, so the update has not been distributed yet. As for PG and GPU folding, they are dealing with some updates to the servers and problems that have come out of that. Other GPU related changes have been announced and are in progress. They will get to distributing this latest version of the GPUs.txt file at some point.
