Change my f@h to a new team

I have been folding for about 6 years and I'm now a moderator on a relatively new forum that will be starting a new f@h team. My question is can I retain my user name and simply change team number after the new team is started or would I also need to have a new user name?

Yes, you can use the same name but the points you've earned so far will stay with your original team. Your official stats will show your contributions for each team and a combined total.

Thanks, I knew my points would remain with the old team just wasn't sure about using the same user name.

also by checking user stats, via the Folding @home, home page you can see all points for your user name
