Would it be useful if I got fahinfo.org to automatically generate this file daily?

As posted on the Team Mac OS X forum in the Qd status topic, I've modified the script I use to automatically update qd.c and qdinfo.dat with changes from the psummary.html to also update the emprotz.dat file:

new release of qd-tools: v1.9
http://linuxminded.nl/software/qd-tools/qd-tools-1.9.tar.gz

This release includes an updated update-qd.pl which can now also update the EMIII emprotz.dat file if desired.
Use --emprotz-too and optionally --emprotz <file> to control the usage.

Updates to the emprotz.dat file are no longer supplied by Larry Perry, the EMIII author but have been contrinued by howieh of Team Helix, see:

Inclusion of the code to update an emprotz.dat file automates the update just like it is done for the qdinfo.dat and qd.c files. The most recent version is available at:

A good thing, the users have choice and redundancy again
