V7 monitoring
Is there any apps for monitor v7 folding. In the client control mine always says unknown for credits and I am trying to figure out if it is more worthwhile to fold smp 8 only or smp 8 and my gtx 580.

Re: V7 monitoring
I don't support real time monitoring yet, won't be long though, but you could check your history already with my current release which will be part of my FAHControl alternative.thekevin wrote:Is there any apps for monitor v7 folding. Another suggestion is using the web based bonus calculator from here -> http://linuxforge.net/bonuscalc2.php

Hello thekevin, welcome to the forum.
Several 3rd party developers are working on monitoring apps for V7, fahmon, HFM, etc.
Until then, look at the frame times in the log, and use the points calculator linked above to determine peformance with and without the GPU.

Re: V7 monitoring
Comparing historical results to see which situatation is the most productive can be done with my already released built as well, there is no obligation to use the points calculator I linked to in the first post.Until then, look at the frame times in the log, and use the points calculator linked above to determine peformance with and without the GPU.

Re: V7 monitoring
On a general v7 note, there might be a new version of v7 coming soon. Last night I checked https://fah-web.stanford.edu/projects/F ... p?show=all and saw that 7.1.25 and 7.1.26 were completed, whereas several days ago they had a couple bugs left. I'd guess that they are now doing some final testing or something before actually releasing it. Watch for it!

Re: V7 monitoring
No, I mean v7.1.26 probably won't be released for testing, so don't watch for it. Watch for the next one.
