Folding Cannot Find user

Hi,
Ok I installed the GPU Client and it runs perfectly but when i checked the log this what it shows.

It shows my User info, Team info everything but it doesn't do anything other than retrying
The team doesn't have any password. I tried disabling my firewall no hope.
Any solution how I could get this right I tried the normal command prompt version still same messages.
But the DNA Screen works fine no lag or anything.
My ID is correct on the team and the number is also correct still no use.

This is my PC Specs I don't know how this will help here it is:

Hello Adirion, welcome to the folding forum.

If the client can't download a system ID from Stanford, then something is blocking the client. AV software, Firewall, ISP, etc. Keep looking...

Can you give any more info? What type of AV software are you using or are you using Windows Firewall? Do you use wired or wireless? Do you use a router or just a modem?

On Norton when I would temporary disable it(I had to disable NIS completely, just disabling the firewall wouldn't work) to be able to get a WU I restarted the client did you try this or did you just let it run after disabling your firewall? Note: i doubt it matters, but I'm still using the CPU client.
