It's definitely not resolved. As per the server log, work units available has not changed since Fri Oct 29 21:05:10 PDT 2010 when it was at 259064, indicating it hasn't handed out any work units. The server also hasn't accepted any uploads since then. The 176 were received before this started and then once they were credited, the WU RCV column has been 0 ever since. Something needs to be restarted so it will start servicing network requests. It's interesting to see that the server CPU load is slowing decreasing while it's being inundated by network requests.

The WU I got after taking off -advmethods uploaded with some trouble, but the one before it and on my other clients are still unable to upload. I keep getting the record of WU not found status. Probably have to wait for Monday before anything happens. Unable to download a new WU again thou so far.

I tried flipping the -advmethods flag but never got it to pick up another WU-server from the Assign server. Could it be that this is the only one issuing WUs for these platforms/clients? I also see no one has stopped by from either Pande Group or the Mods; unusual as they usually pick up on these types of reports pretty quickly. :(

There are 3 servers / 3 types of WUs I get for the classic client. P65xx from 171.64.65.62, which is apparently causing trouble, even if the server status page is alright. 171.67.108.33 for the 112xx Projects, which has been problematic in the last 12ish hours; and 171.64.65.111 which assigns only project 6316 (which aren't too common).
On Windows I sometimes get 129.74.85.15 for 100xx Projects, but I've never gotten those on Linux.

Currently only 171.64.65.111 seems to be working, so you'll have to be lucky to be assigned to it.

Well, just ftr, my desktop just finished its WU and has now joined the queue of waiting machines to be assigned a WU (successfully). Too bad it's Sunday, both 171.64.65.62 and 171.67.108.33 need to be nudged back into a working state... (Just lost a WU for the 108.33 server, because it returned it was faulty in some way, so no credit, another failed WU, not my fault, and I can't resend it because my client thinks it was sent and got a valid server response, when the server is just not working right <.< )...

Same issue here.... can't get new WU for over one day.
Any estimation when the server will be up again or how you can force the client to try other server?

Two of my 3 classic systray clients are idle now. Perhaps because it's a holiday weekend, no one is paying attention?

I manually stopped & started the systray icon several times until I was assigned to 171.67.108.33. But, that is not assigning new work either :( I'm up to attempt #6 on this server.

Still happening. No change in sight. Thanks a lot for believing us, instead of looking at the server status page.
Ports 80, 100, and 8080 show no response in a browser.

I have a couple of clients in the same situation.

It's Sunday, I'm not promising anything today, but I did send a message to Pande Group.
