Please post FAHlog.txt showing the time/date that the WU was downloaded through the time/date that the result was successfully returned (denoted by a "Thank you..." message). Also include one page showing when FAH had been just started.

I believe bruce means the section of the log showing the startup output, which starts with the "Folding@Home Client" banner and includes the line with User name and Team. Just copy and paste that part of the log file plus the sections showing the download and upload of the result. Put the log sections inside "Code" tags (click on the Code box above the post text box to get them) for easier viewing.

Well, we're well on our way to identifying the problem. In my previous post, I asked for the segment of FAHlog.txt (or FAHlog-Prev.txt) that contained the "Thank you..." message. Note that it's not in anything that you've posted. Instead, there are messages like these two:

You're having trouble uploading that WU to server 171.67.108.22. That's not enough information to solve the problem yet, but it's certainly narrowing it down. Obviously you won't get credit until you are able to upload the result.

Please describe your internet connection. (Speed, router, etc.)

Are you (or anybody sharing your connection) running a BitTorrent?

A shortcut, which may or may not work, but if it works will work immediately:
- Shut down any other applications which use network bandwidth heavily, e.g. streamed audio/video, software updates, bit-torrent, photo uploading, browser running online games.
- Stop Folding.
- Restart Folding with the "- send all" flag. This will make the client try to send any un-sent work units.
- When the client stops after sending, or trying to send, restart Folding without the -send all flag.
- Restart any "bandwidth hog" applications that you still want to have open.

Even if the shortcut works, please respond to Bruce's questions above -- we'd like to help you avoid a repeat of this kind of problem.
