Same problem we had last year with some WU's. Here's the log excerpt:

I wouldn't say that 14MB is particularly unusual for an SMP WU.

Please note in the v6 client, the BigWU option has changed. (small, normal, big) = (<5MB, 5-10MB, >10MB) So 14MB isn't much more than 10.![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

I'm seeing 17 MB results with some SMP beta WU ... I've already seen 25 MB results (2651 I think) and even 100 MB results (2650 but it was a bug, and the WU became 2651).
edit : for classical clients, p1487 also generate huge results files (~17MB)
