Hello
I have Avast anti-virus and while doing WU p3408_dpdp-ii GROMACS CORE, Avast detected a virus...
I was at step 1745/4000 and the virus was on file "wudata_05.chk"
It was a worm.

Avast is well known on this forum to give false alarms. Upgrade to a better AV software, or configure Avast not to scan the FAH directory.
