I think it is folding on two cores (It's a VM and appears to be using both). What should I do?

The weird value in unitinfo file is cosmetic issue, no need to worry about.

It should fold at a normal speed ...

Yes there's sometimes some weird number like 249999 or 250001 ... but it's not a bug

Bah, it hung at 2%. VMware was giving me some weird displays so I will try to fix it.
