Re: Project: 2619 (Run 7, Clone 592, Gen 0)
All reports I have seen about this error have showed a problem with the WU and nothing else; client, memory assignment or anything like that. I think your time will be better spent working on another WU, but don't take my word for it. Hopefully a more knowledgeable mind will enlighten us.

Correct. Answer Yes to Ignore deadline information. (mainly useful if the computer's system clock frequently has errors)? in the Advanced options section, as bruce said.ArVee wrote:Oh!! That would do! Why haven't I seen that before? So just run fah -configonly?

Re: FahMon (multi-platform app to monitor various F@h clients)
Got p2619 for the first time and tried to download new projects. Got this message: http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/6854/newbitmapimagemw5.jpg But it seemed to get the projects anyway, so at least it's working. Tried to google the error and search the forum for it, but didn't find anything. What is ...

Re: How to properly shutdown the WinSMP client [ctrl+c]
Hi DieselDragon, welcome to the forum! I presume the WinSMP client is the multi-processor console version? :) Correct. I've chosen to use the single processor console client on my own machine (Win32 Console version 5.04b) and I'd like to ask if the same solution to the above question (Pressing [Ctrl...

Re: How to properly shutdown the WinSMP client
How do I shutdown the WinSMP when I need to restart/shutdown my computer, without jeopardizing the WU? Hi Xerxes_Phi, welcome to the forum! In the console window you press Ctrl+C, then you wait for the four Fah_cores to disappear (hopefully the mpiexec and smpd will also do so). It will probably ta...

With this ridiculous acceleration of technology that we have it wont be long before this goal is reached too. But when? It's no longer a matter of if, but when.

Re: Project Summary
You mean gray and white? I think it's made just to make it easier to read. Although some seem to be grouped together, maybe those are just small derivate of each other and pretty similar. I was thinking of p3402 - p3408.

Although rilian does a great job advertising this software, the guy you really should thank is nik4eva, the developer.

Just because Bruce has the additional title of Site Admin doesn't mean he isn't a moderator. Think of him as a Super Moderator. Or am I missing something? Probably just me missing something, I just reacted on that you said it was "mods only" and therefore I thought "but why not admin...

Re: Project: 2653 (Run 24, Clone 142, Gen 77)
Admins and moderators has this privilege. Why we ordinary members can't get a hold of this information I have never figured out? Anyone care to explain? Pande Group gives the mods on this forum access to a couple different pages to diagnose issues. Sorry, but it's mods only. That's strange, because...
