I ran into the same problem. I wound up installing 7.5.1 on my new computer, and that works.

I will try that.

I will have to sign out of the long term one which isn't signed in with a passkey.

Somehow I have two accounts showing on my two computers. They both have the same user name, and email address, and seem to have different amount of completed WU shown. The one I just updated to a passkey. The other has been signed in for a long time.

How can these be combined?
