It resolved itself this afternoon. The first attempt got a message that the server does not have a record of this unit, thirty seconds later when it tried its second attempt, it uploaded just fine.

It finally uploaded all the WU's off the various machines today. For now, my issue with these servers has resolved itself.

The last two upload attempts to this server are back to "Server does not have record of this unit."

I've copied the log for last upload attempt by machine 1. This machine has two units that have failed to upload. One from Jan 27 and the one from Feb 1. The latest attempts seem to show "error 503" rather than no record of the unit. I did a tracert on this particular IP and put the results...

This particular machine is running Windows XP Pro SP3. This one is connected to a dedicated for FAH 3mbps DSL service, hardwired to a 2wire 2701HG-B DSL modem. No, the problem has not resolved itself. The last attempted uploads were January 30th at 12:45 am PDT and it failed as well. I get the same error messages as before.

If I click on the IP's you provided I get "OK" on both of them.

I now have four WU's for this server that are in an endless loop of failing to upload. Can someone please nudge whomever is responsible for the servers to reset this machine, fix it's refusal to accept uploads or something. Other WU's unrelated to this IP have sent just fine from this particular com...

It's still not uploading, and now I have 3 WU's for this IP that are sitting and failing to upload. No issues with the other comps uploading to different servers, just this particular IP is simply not accepting uploads. Still no results. Both IP's now reporting error 503 when attempting to upload. 13 failed attempts to upload.

It has tried two additional times now to connect and send, but has failed both times. But as I stated before, if I enter the IP #'s into the browser, I get "ok" when the browser connects.

FAH has not been able to send completed work back to the server since Friday night. Entering those IP #'s manually into my browser allows me to connect with no problem, so there is not an issue I can find on my end. Any ideas?
