my software says ready but my stats say i have not had any work for at least 50 days. has the program rin its course?

Forget the above. Don't know what happened but it has suddenly started working and all my points are back.!! I went into task manager to see what was happening but couldnt see any problems except it wasnt running and then all of a sudden it started...
the wonders of computing...

Win 10 updated recently and now when I go to my FAH client it just says "loading" but nothing happens and I appear to have lost all my work on my desktop. (which I seldom use nowadays so it goes full time) I have another acct on my laptop that seems OK.
Any suggestions?
