the distro doesnt matter
if you have the tarball, and a list of the depends, it will run on any version of linux, I have not seen a list of the depends which is normal for software on linux, but this project isnt normal. I even saw a thread where Ubuntu 16.04 was being blamed for the out dated unmaintained packages

Re: Can I have my points pretty please ?
I often wonder just how much work is lost we do not hear about and have to redo, I lost several thousands points but I am used to missing points been doing this a little bit... I think none. Points do not equal work. The wu's were not lost acording to Stanford. Offcourse if you want to start the wh...

Re: 3rd PArty STAT's site like EOC and [H]ardOCP
Isn't the Noon 0 due the 2hr Stanford update vs the 3 hour 3rd party update? As I said above this all used to work ! stanford used to do the updates more often after the crash 2+ years ago they started doing them less ofter, there are no noon points sbecause stanford doesnt update the file EOC gets ...

Ponts are lost everytime it crashes ! I lost about 50k last time it crashed !Nathan_P wrote:I see your point but its not like the points are being lost - they normally turn up at the next update.
Hopefully the new servers that stanford are currently installing will help on the speed front....
