I have another PC with GT 630 in it, and when I install the 391.35 driver,
It works like a charm, 19K+ PPD to 38K+ PPD, GPU usage up to 90%( I mean in windows task viewer).

So maybe newer Nvidia drivers limit it.

all Nvidia graphics cards should try the 391.35 driver.

I fixed the problem, improved PPD from 20K+ to 40K+, GPU usage up to 90%.
all I have done was just display driver back to 391.35

so the reason above may be false.

GPU-Z So, as GPU-Z showed below, real GPU usage is 99%-100%?
