Adjusting the clock speed didn't make a difference. Some clarification to what I originally posted. This actually occurs the moment that the computer "wakes", i.e. it is not necessary to actually login for the processing to become idle. My first thought is that this is somehow power manage...

I had previously set this to 5% less than default to make the card more stable. I have returned it to the default clock to see if that helps.

GPU wu processing idles when signing on to Windows

GPU wu processing slows from utilizing near 100% of GPU to an idle level of GPU. This occurs shortly after signing on to an existing Windows session (not logged out, just locked session).
