Yes, looks like it. Both my stuck work units over 130MiB did finally upload and receive points, although it took many tries before a server connected. I can only imagine there must be a considerable backlog.

The server was up for a while, but is down again as shown in Server Stats. It could just be extremely backlogged.

When capturing with Wireshark, I got continuous TCP Retransmissions, even when just hitting http://13.82.98.119:8080 with a web browser.

So I guess we need to wait a little longer.
