These are some significant losses the last couple days. If this is caused by the summer heat, we have a lot of hotter days ahead of us... Could there be another explaination?Jonazz wrote:Huge drop to 1.71 exaflops

Thanks! I know it's a small change, but it could prevent future confusion.toTOW wrote:I made the change, my source agrees with yours on :

All Super are now SUPER since my source also label them like this. I also corrected some missing designations I saw in the process.

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
What corrections would you suggest? I would keep it simple and just label it 2060, but change it to TU104. I can tell the current format is the same as that used by devicehunt.com . The format is pretty good, but I would love to know what "GL" & "GLM" stands for if you know....

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
I'd think that both GPU-Z and TechPowerUp would differentiate based on their database. The real key is the device code What does GPU-Z say about both versions ... the TU106 2060s and TU104 versions. Specifically, the reported device codes. That's a good point. GPU-Z gives the device ID 10DE 1E89 fo...

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
I have a backup I made on the 18th. It looks like the name and path lined up then. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing It's also showing the problem. Check the 16425 projects, you can see it (reported in path as 13xxx). Ah, you are correct. I only checked the first couple, but th...

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
That is interesting. The opposite of what was reported on GamersNexus and the database on TechPowerup. How did you determine that you had a TU106? I can tell you from my end that GPUs.txt does not differentiate between TU106 2060s and TU104 versions and reports them all as TU106-200A. I suspect tha...

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
The database is currently under maintanance. There is an issue that that WU name and path don't match. I don't know what messed this up, probably it was me. The PPD and HW stats seem to be ok, though. Currently I don't have time to set up everything again. There are too many uploaded single files I...

Is that what Folding@home is telling you or GPU-Z?markdotgooley wrote:My RTX 2060 KO is a TU 106 - 200A, whatever that is. EVGA. I also have a TU 106 in a regular RTX 2060, also EVGA. Beats me.

Re: Over 2 exaflops!
My workspace (where my desktop is) is in a finished attic. Due to various reasons including lack of airflow, sun exposure from all sides, and the fact that hot air rises, the attic gets so hot in the summer that the room is positively unusable without installing an A/C unit in the window. Despite t...

Re: Comfortable Hardware Temperature
So long as it is below the limit specified by the manufacturer (and above the dew point technically), the processor should be fine for a long period of time. As far as GPUs are concerned, a fan will probably fail before the silicon and the motherboard, PSU, or RAM will probably fail before a CPU. Th...

Re: How to Monitor Work Units using HFM.NET
Hello! Long time folding lurker, here! I've recently gotten abck into folding and would like to submit data for my gpu's to your database. I have a question about one of my GPU's: a Radeon RX 5600 XT. Folding at home identifies the card as: "gpu:0:Navi 10 [Radeon RX 5600 OEM/5600 XT / 5700/570...

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
Just to add a little bit more to the confusion. I got 2 more Radeon vii, so 3 in total. What I can see is just crazy! One was performing with 1/3 of the ppd. Moving her to another pc brought her to the normal value (I thought she was doa). The pc where she got 1/3 of the ppd is a e5-160 v4, so not ...

A lot of people got that impression (myself included), but Gamers Nexus clarified EVGAs statement in a followup video.Juggy wrote:Oh, didn't realise they had stated that. The last video I watched seemed to indicate that you may or may not get the TU104 in the KO.

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
In the greater scheme of things a KO is just a regular 2060 and may or may not get the Turing 104 chip right so why is it classed differently to a standard 2060? Or, are you treating that as extenuating circumstances in which case it may be a good idea to identify which ones have the TU104 and whic...
