Thanks for the response, I've dropped it down to 12 cores for the time being, just to see if it helps. Out of interest; when it was automatically choosing it would choose 15, though folding would still pin all 16 cores. Is this number a zero-index, so I should set it to 11 cores for 12, for example?...
