Re: Difference : Timeout and Expiration date
tldr for anyone stumbling across this thread (for if/when the link breaks again) unfinished work units “expire” and are reassigned to new machines. You will still receive credit for all WUs completed and uploaded prior to the Timeout Even so, full credit is given up until the Deadline After the Dead...

Re: Blacklist request: Radeon HD 7570M
if you have a GPU slot, it will lower your Points Per Day. One CPU will be devoted to supporting the GPU, and since it is black listed, the GPU will never do any Work Units. Ah, so, to be clear: these "GPU species 4" are blacklisted ? I started this thread because I was losing PPD by havi...

Re: Blacklist request: Radeon HD 7570M
Does this mean that I'm in the clear to re-enable the GPU slot, and I'll get suited jobs?toTOW wrote:All Thames GPUs are now in GPU species 4 (OpenCL support with no DP) instead of species 5 (OpenCL and DP support).

Re: 14416 (0, 580, 9): 5d deadline for 82d ETA
15.100.1062.1004 (2015-08-03) from "amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit" causes CLein to see the card as simply "Turks" (and as unsupporting double-precision floating point arithmetic). http://i.imgur.com/KaOrQUd.png With that installed, the log shows the following: 18:10:46:WU00:FS0...

Re: 14416 (0, 580, 9): 5d deadline for 82d ETA
I am surprised as well. Has the log actually reported the WU getting past Step 1 to completing a full percent?] yes- it did just recently: 16:37:41:WU00:FS01:0x22:Completed 10000 out of 1000000 steps (1%) The Progress bar is, as of now [posting time] at 1.04% From what I understand about this proje...

Re: 14416 (0, 580, 9): 5d deadline for 82d ETA
It isn't the OpenCL that worries me http://www.gpuzoo.com/GPU-AMD/Radeon_HD_7570M_DDR3.html also shows no Double Precision Floating Point for this card ... From everything I have seen on the forum lately it really surprises me that it has actually been completing WUs. Hopefully someone will be able...

Re: 14416 (0, 580, 9): 5d deadline for 82d ETA
If this is a new project for you the client has no data to generate any type of estimate ... once 3-5% has been completed the estimate becomes much more valid ... 1,000,000 steps is the high end but could be valid - 14416 is big/has many atoms ... but also has the 2nd highest base point of any proj...

Re: Quadro FX 1700 [0x10de:0x040f:2:0:G84]
The Quadro FX 1700 is too old to be used for folding alas. It seemed to support a reasonable featureset / “Device Extensions” below; does it just have too low a clockspeed for the turnaround? :( 02:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: NVIDIA Corporation G84GL [Quadro FX 1700] [10de:040f] (rev a1)...

Hello,
I've been folding for a few days, I've racked up a handful of WUs (they show on the team page), but my profile isn't appearing.
Was that feature deprecated?
Thanks - https://stats.foldingathome.org/donor/72242211
