does compute mode or graphic mode change the PPD ?

2hours later it drop to 350K PPD

finding it quite odd that my RX580 4GB with 1x E5 2650 2.5Ghz boost are pushing 1 500 000 PPD, is this normal ? when i go with my 10700K / 2080ti i'm over 2 millions....

shut off the pc to move it, now its back to where is was... only 1 gtx 690 working... FFS LOL

Fixed !!! chipset drivers were windows self update ones, went on the Asus site for the Rampage III Gene and downloaded the win7 x64 drivers, ran them in compability mode win 7 since i run windows 10, installed drivers, reboot and got a message saying missing sli cable, check device manager and all 4...

I7 10700k and i changed the 5700XT for a 2080Ti !! I shall update haha

Meelee the only thing is this motherboard only supports 8gb of ddr4 sodimm sticks from what i have read.

also i hope the ssd isnt nvme or anything and just a sata m.2.

motherboard came with a 4gb ddr4 sodimm and 120gb ssd

PantherX do i install linux on the SSD on the motherboard or on a usb stick ? the guy i bought all this stuff has usb 3.0 stick m.2 slot with 120gb ssd on them

This is the massive boards i got ! Haha supports 12 gpu, 8x in full lenght and 4x in 1x or 2x

i didnt get a screenshot but the 2nd card doesnt run, gpu-z identifies it, msi no and in f@h also all good i took it out anyways, the one that runs actually runs a tad too warn before of it being to close to the other one, unless i find another x58 board with a wider pcie lane spread

alright so i've never touched linux, what version or when do i go to download it ?

also i've bought a total of 13 p106 and 2 p104. couldnt let them go by to someone else at that price haha

i was going to only use 1 for 8 gpus but like mention i wont have enoughpcie lanes, would a i7 6700 or 7700 would for that much ? if not im going to cancel the project and just use it for mining instead, learn it and profit from it while keeping my HP workstation... i was hoping to sell the HP's and...
