I have similar but different issue. V7 started acting up on me after the last MS update. So I downloaded V8. I could not download any cores, so I did a reinstall. Then I could download 2 cores and tasks and I let it be overnight. I just came back and only 1 GPU had a task running the other was stuck...

When I click on the link to "download" the installer, it takes me to a page with all the code on it.
Must be some sort of error on the server.
I am using Firefox.

I am using CPUID HWMonitor.
Comparing the values, they are the same, other than GPU load is a few points less.
HW Monitor is much more detailed in what it can show from the GPU card.

I just had not got around to the log yet. When I am talking to you guys in your afternoon back there in the US its late night here. I wanted to finish up the tasks, hate to burn all the cpu/gpu time and not finish the work, so I was a bit slow in the log.

Did a total uninstall with Revo. Reinstalled. Now running two GPU and 13 cores CPU in addition to BOINC. Thanks for the idea on reinstalling. Wouldn't have come to that conclusion any time soon.
