Someone still has to add the second definition to the GPUs.txt file first. Until that happens you can delete the one you have and download a new one and that will not do anything for you. Also check to see that your install has not set gpus to false in the configuration. It just says this: <config>...

No, someone has whitelist a new ID. Bruce mentioned two it might be, then blindly guessed wrong when you did not reply in 15 minutes. Oh ok, it's still not showing the GPU slot and says "On client "local" 127.0.0.1:36330: No available GPUs" when trying to add a slot. So deleted ...

GPU-Z detects the card and displays the info for it. Card works fine when playing games.
