Thanks Parkut, that is exactly my thoughts. Hence, i'm not sure why the Bonus Status site says i have expired WU.
Anyways, i'll try to do a clean install later and fold a few more WU then post my findings. Thanks.

Note: from the logs all the 6 WU got completed, but based on the bonus status site (https://apps.foldingathome.org/bonus) - i got 3 WU that expired.
