The slow server speeds you're reporting are unusual. I suspect there have been some temporary events contributing to those numbers. I recommend trying traceroute (Linux) or tracert (Windows). Hello! Yesterday I have found slow upload to 155.247.166.219 (it is assigned to me by 171.67.108.45). I have from 5 to 9 seconds to download 900KiB WU and 23 to 26 (!) seconds to upload 1.8MiB result I've got 60Mbit full duplex (tested) 7ms-latency channel to MSK-IX. - Is this speed normal for 155.2...
