Re: Project 9430
The Wu didn't finish properly and i had to restart . Because of that i can't say anything about the specific wu. Right now its back to Core 17 but if i get another one i will report it here.

Project 9430
I got a Project 9430 this Morning on the GTX 970 and it turns out to run around 90 k PPD. Is it supposed to be running that bad on Maxwell as it is Core 18?
The Core 17 are running arround 300k PPD in comparison
Best Regards Likz

Re: Core 15 WUs
snip All i asked for is a meassurement to see how much work is still to be done. They take more energy and time but they goive us less in return. They take exactly the same amount of energy and time as when you folded core_15 work units before core_17s came out. If time and energy were not an issue...

Re: Core 15 WUs
In addition to what has already been written, just wanted to clarify that Core_15 was officially announced as going into end of life, not being EOL. The projects specifically were not announced as being EOL. What that means is that no new projects are going to be assigned to use that core, but exis...

Core 15 WUs
Just a Little question. Core 15 ist officially EoL. I know there was still some folding effort to do only for nVidia Cards but right now i am just wondering how long we still need to fold these b******s? Is there a Count or anything you can give us for the Project because i am really getting angry s...

Re: Low on Core_17 WU's?
... but these things give me so much coil whine -.- Loud coil whine is generally considered a manufacturing defect. Talk to the vendor about an RMA. The coil whine is totally normal on the more modern graphics cards. But sure you are right you can use the rma to switch the card. But what i wanted t...

Low on Core17 WUs
i can confirm the same for my 970s and a lot of other people.
V7 and most actual nVidia driver. Just stopped my Card since mostly there was just Core 15.

Re: GTX 960 released
perfect thx a lot. so we actually take only 60% out of the 120 Watt TDP of the GTX 960. The PPD/Watt is pretty amazing.

Re: GTX 960 released
Can you make me a Screenshot of GPUz Sensor Page showing the Percentage of TDP while folding the 9201. Would be great.

Re: GTX 960 released
i know the tests from TPU but i wanted to get the value while folding. E.g the 970 takes around 47% TDP while Project 9201 is on the line meaning it takes around 120-140 Watt. (G1 Gaming = 250 W TDP)

Re: Combination of Low Watt CPU/GPU
No the Link was right. The i5 was just for Comparison. An actual working i5 takes 25% Power when the 970 is working on a 9201 project. So i was wondering if the A4 would perform well enough. The Pcie Slot is a Pcie x16(4x) Slot. Thats why i wrote 4x

Combination of Low Watt CPU/GPU
How would it perform to combine something like this: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/QC5000-ITX ... dex.de.asp with a more powerful GPU like a GTX970/980? The PCI Slot works with x4 which should be fine. Project 9201 needs some CPU Power but e.g a i5 Ivy is only stressed to about 25% for that. Anyone w...
