project 6701 (Run1 67 Clone 8 Gen 13)
Hi, In my previous post I report no problems with projects 6701-02: it was too early to declare such thing.. :( After completing this WU, the server does not accept it, reporting "digital signature does not match" [08:25:30] + Processing work unit [08:25:30] Core required: FahCore_a3.exe [...

Re: project 6701-6702
I have no other problems with these two projects, I am working on them successfully, just I like to know what I'm doing.
I think, I'm not airy being curious about some details, or..?

What means Mnbf/s, ns/day?
Hi all,
Just curious what means Mnbf/s and ns/day?
Other question: how long must to stay tuned for description of project 6012? It is nearing his end (just 102 WU's to go)...

My CPU is working at stock speed (3 GHz).
Other WU's are running normally.

Project 6041(Run 0, Clone 26, Gen 39)
I have to report a probably bad WU. My PC has already downloaded this WU many times before, but working on it was each time without success. Re: More visualized simulations
Thanks to Prof. Pande for answer.
I hope that your 10 years work, which has an unprecedented impact on biophysics and computer science, will be appreciated with the Nobel prize!

More visualized simulations
Hi,
I, like many others, would be very glad to see more visualized simulations like the famous NTL9 on Youtube.com!
I guess, there are more completed simulations to show them.. It could be a nice gift to those who contributed to the project in all these 10 years of F@H history

Re: Large proteins
Thanks bruce , I know what Runs, Clones and Genes mean. As I wrote to codysluder , my Athlon XP solve (or for better understanding: executes) a WU of that protein in ca. 4 days. My question is the same: why current studies for GPU does not include(yet) really large proteins like p2611, if some GPU's...

Re: Large proteins
Thanks codysluder . I thought, if a medium cpu like my Athlon xp 2400+ can solve a p2611 WU with round 127,000 atoms in ca. 4 days, then a GPU with 38 stream processors and a (theoretically) better performance like my GeF 9500GT, would solve the same WU in less than 4 days. I know, this is typically...
