You mean core-17 Core released few days ago? Or next GROMACS based cores (like SMP A3/A4/A5)?
AFAIK you work on GPU cores only. Or now you work on next SMP core as well?

Re: Folding@Home Benchmark Beta (0.4 Latest)

I understand main difference between explicit and implicit models. And as far as i know ( blog post for example ) almost all current F@H GPU projects use implicit now, right? Without direct answer from proteneer i look through .xml files which contain starting models for simulation (scratch folder o...

Re: Folding@Home Benchmark Beta Testing

Do you guys have the latest drivers? The Protein has 23558 atoms (DHFR) YES and NO simultaneously. I use catalist 12.1 driver. It is not the latest in the overall. But it is a last AMD driver with OpenCL support for Windows XP(which is installed on this computer)... So only latest drivers will work...

Re: Folding@Home Benchmark Beta Testing

proteneer
Can you post size of protein used in test simulation in current FAHbench? (like number of atoms or name if it a common known protein)
And it is a same protein for Implicit and Explicit simulations?
Or where is not any real proteins and it is a pure syntetic/virtual test?
