Yes, it got past that point. Now I'm seeing an error in the logs than states "GPU MEMTEST" is failing. Generally I would be concerned over that but I can bench this card stable at memory speeds well over 7000Mhz effective. So the memory can't possibly be bad.

Different issue. Current GPUs.txt file shows this... 0x10de:0x1180:2:3:GK104 [GeForce GTX 680] So if running the V7.1.52 client, it needs to be upgraded to the V7.2.9 client. I've had my N680 Lightning for a long time now, and no matter how many whitelists I download, even if I enable beta, it never wants to fold. It's always recognized as a GF114 GPU, and just refuses to work. I just don't understand it :( Any assistance offered would be amazing. :**********************...
