how does one manually force the F@H client to get work from another server?

the log file i supplied above states that i am running core a4, so i guess that should enable me to keep donating under my current setup? regardless of which work unit. my system always reports that F@H is utilising 25% of my total CPU, unless i adjust the %CPU parameter.
