Re: GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
Okay, as per a suggestion I've added extra option for gpu slots: name=client-type, value=beta, and now it finally works. I have two gpu slots, indexes 0 and 1, GK104 [Geforce GTX680] working now, each on its own work unit. Thanks a lot! :) UPD: In case anyone wonders, GTX 690 gives approximately 30,...

Re: GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
Thank you for your suggestions. I've set priority to Slightly Higher. First I removed two GK107 slots and unpaused only 1 of the 2 remaining GK104 (GTX 680) slots. No luck. Then I added two GK107 slots back and removed two GK104 (GTX 680) slots. Again, with no luck. Oh, actually since I've added all...

Re: GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
Done that now (paused all slots including smp and unpaused only slot 01). Effect seems to be pretty much the same. FahCore_15.exe *32 is taking 8% of CPU and 32 976K of memory. Log is as follows: 13:00:32:FS01:Unpaused 13:00:32:WU01:FS01:Starting 13:00:32:WU01:FS01:Running FahCore: "C:\Program ...

Re: GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
Thank you for your help. I indeed only have one 690 card. However in System Info of FAHControl I see GPUs: 4. GPU 0: FERMI:1 GK104 [Geforce GTX680]. GPU 1: FERMI:1 GK104 [Geforce GTX680]. GPU 2: FERMI:1 GK107 [GeForce GTX 690]. GPU 3: FERMI:1 GK107 [Geforce GTX 690]. Currently I have paused all gpu ...

Re: GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
bollix47, thank you for your help. I figured that the problem was that I've put GPUs.txt in the wrong directory (I should have put it in C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\FAHClient). So when I have put it in the correct directory and properly restarted FAHClient in FAHControl, it can now see my gr...

Re: GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
Okay, I have browsed related topics to find a solution, so I've downloaded GPUs.txt and moved it into FAHClient's running directory. After I opened FAHControl, then Configure -> Connection -> [Stop] local client, then [Start], now it can see my graphics card. So then I opened Configure -> Slots and ...

Re: GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
Thank you for your help, 7im. Sure, I'd like help with Windows, even though I boot into it rarely, I could still launch folding on the card when I do. Here's the System section of the log: 15:11:12:******************************* System ******************************** 15:11:12: CPU: Intel(R) Core(T...

GTX 690 card Linux/Windows
I've got Nvidia Geforce GTX 690 card in my PC which runs F@H 24x7 basically. I wasn't able to use this card in Linux version, and I wasn't even able to use it in Windows 7. FAHControl doesn't see it, it says: GPUs: 0 in System Info. So if anyone could guide me how I can use it, I'd be happy to contr...
