From here on all logs are for the 9800GTX - since that's that only system I'm currently gpu folding on.

Of late, I've been getting this WU (P10501 R315, C0, G352) repeatedly, which almost always results in a unstable machine, hung client, or if it does actually complete the unit, the core terminates improperly leaving multiple instances running - which conflict with each other, preventing any of them ...
