waaaaaaa! I wanna fold!
I'm in Australia, it's summer here so I can only fold at night (10.30pm here, still 28c and 72% humidity)
Please can I have some work?

Project: 8900 (Run 398, Clone 5, Gen 14) Missing Credit
Hello There! first missing credit I have had in a long, long time. I recieved credit for the SMP unit done at the same time in the log, the GPU seems to have gone MIA. Re: Project: 7646 (Run 4, Clone 4, Gen 34)
Thanks Bruce. Power is not the issue. I think it ended up being Windows Firewall turning itself on and blocking the A4 core. This happened multiple times; I'd disable it, then check again 10 minutes later and it had turned itself back on again :/ Well that was the communication issue. As for the sys...

Re: fail to upload - mulitple servers
I normally don't run torrents on this machine, I just ran one to varify that my internet connection was working and the bandwidth was correct - they were. I think I am/was having a software issue where even though the firewalls were disabled, they were still blocking GPU4 for some reason. Having del...

Re: Project: 7646 (Run 4, Clone 4, Gen 34)
no CRT. BENQ FP222W Lcd screen. Interestingly, after stopping the P7646, it eventually did get more SMP work, and again eventually uploaded it, but simply would not - as you can see from the logs - get any GPU work. That hanging of the system only occurred when I turned the screen off when the P7646...

Re: fail to upload - mulitple servers
Hi Joe, no problems at all with connection from this machine using other programs such as Firefox. Just downloaded a quick torrent to make sure connection is ok. I just restarted after doing a CHKDSK (no errors) and a full virus scan (nothing). Got an SMP unit straight away, GPU won't download thoug...

Project: 7646 (Run 4, Clone 4, Gen 34)
Just had to throw in the towel on this unit. It seems to run ok, until the screen is turned off (manually or power-save). As soon as that happens, the system freezes. Not sure if it's an error with the workunit or my machine. My machine has never done that before, so it may be something to keep an e...

Re: To the coders of P7149,7156 - well done!
Here is an example using my currently running projects. Here is p6097 running for several hours without the GPU going. Tracker V2 uses the last 3 frames for calculating the PPD, nothing else is running on the computer. http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/6027/ppdt2.jpg Here we can see what happens wh...
