Well Bollix47, thanks for all your help. I lowered the mem clock to 2000, but still had problems.
I then lowered the core clock to 882. No crashes since then. Its been about 48 hours.
Temp has dropped a bit, averaging around 74-75 C.

The card is a Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti Super Over Clock Edition. It is a factory overclock. The gpu is not folding right now.
