Its also possible from the time that I first posted to now that some changes were made, I have not looked.

Re: New Front end webpage is awful!
I just think it was poorly laid out, i had to click through too many things to get where I wanted .. I certainly agree with adding a Search to the site. Re: New Front end webpage is awful!
I can clearly recall getting to folding.typepad.com through the old webpage, dont ask me how though as I dont remember ;) These new pop-up boxes that you have to click through to get to things is a major slow down and definitely annoying, I liked the old page but it certainly needed a spruce up with...

New Front end webpage is awful!
I just wanted to let FAH group know that their new front end webpage is awful, its difficult to navigate and just plain annoying.
Its hard to find latest news updates, publications, etc .. the old version was outdated but way better.. the current designer should have his head checked ..

New Invention Unravels Mystery of Protein Folding
Hi all,
I came across this a little while ago, and was wandering whether the FAH team have heard about it or even contacted the inventor(s)? or even If it would be useful for FAH ..

Re: Coarse grained Protein folding in under 10 minutes
Thanks for the input, I thought I might put it out there and see what the FAH team thought .. could this be used by FAH in the future first to predict a rough fold and then as per usual fine grained folding?
If I remember correctly, the author(s) are trying to branch out in to other proteins ..
